OTC Contracts

It is possible to use the L2 Dealer to trade a wide variety of off-exchange products ('Over The Counter' or 'OTC' Contracts).

These contracts are provided by us and when you are dealing OTC Contracts through L2 you are dealing directly with us as your counterparty.

A list of all the contracts available is contained within the OTC Contracts folder, which can be found by clicking on the 'Tree' tab in the L2 Dictionary. Any OTC Shares contracts will be available from the L2 depth screen and will appear next to the DMA ticket.

Double clicking on any market in the left hand side of the screen launches a Deal Ticket.

Clicking on a market will cause market information to populate in the right hand side of the screen along with a 'Deal' button. Clicking on this 'Deal' button will also launch a Deal Ticket. It is possible to populate the right hand pane with market information for the contents of an entire folder by clicking on the folder in question.
